Shipping & Ordering

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouses within 3 working days. It then takes between 6 and 11 working days for your item to arrive at your home. In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipment. Our parcels are delivered by La Poste. We do not work with relay points.

 

My order is not complete?

 Since we have different storage facilities and work with different producers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.
